This healing breathwork practice allows you to unearth blocks, actively move through them, creating a pathway for emotional healing and release, and develop a deeper understanding & awareness of your own self.

The popular belief is that our brain is the only space within the body where we hold onto memories and traumas. Yet, when powerful emotions flood our system, they imprint in our nervous system and muscles.

By using our breath as a tool to unlock, heal and detox our systems we create a powerful relationship with our breath by resetting our nervous system, finding harmony and balance.

It is a practice that invites you to access your own intuition, acknowledge and be with your emotions. It is also very empowering to know your journey of healing and self-awareness can be fueled by your very own breath.
